Important Information:

  • There are 52 staff at Placer (office staff, teachers and support staff such as the noon duty)
  • Snacks/Treats are setup in the Teacher’s Lounge (located on the same hallway as the office at the end of the library building)
  • Please offer gluten free options, we do have some staff that are allergic
  • Most items will be left out on the table but, you can also use the refrigerator
  • K-cup Pod Organizer holds these 24 pod boxes, you can use these or refill boxes with Pods from Costco
    • Coffee was restocked on earlier this week (3/24).  The won’t need a lot of coffee pods but they are running low on sugar packets.
  • There are Serving Utensils and some baskets or trays in the cabinets that you are welcome to use.  Please just wash and put away when you’re done.

 

Communication:

  • Once you’ve decided on a date, please check with Ms. Kristie to let her know your plans.       
  • Leave a note on the white board or post a sign with your snacks so the staff know who they are from.
  • Please share pictures with us so we can share on socials.

 

Ideas:

  • Snacks – Grab various snacks, fruits and drinks to load up the Lounge on Monday morning.  This way, the staff can munch on the goodies throughout the week.
  • Coffee – The teachers have a Keurig and a coffee pod rack. 
  • Breakfast Goodies- Donuts, Scones and muffins have all been a hit.  Raley's does offer some gluten free muffin mix and some premade items in the freezer section.
  • Potluck/Lunch – This requires a more coordination as lunches are staggered and last about 2 hours.  Lunch starts at 11:15 and ends around 1:15
